Shipping Policy

KAGi Auto Parts ships within Canada. Shipping costs depend on your delivery location and the size and weight of the items ordered.

Free Shipping on Eligible Orders of $500 or More

Eligible orders with a merchandise subtotal of $500 CAD or more qualify for free standard shipping, after discounts and before taxes.

Orders below $500 CAD are subject to shipping charges.

Shipping Exceptions

Some items or destinations may require an additional shipping charge, even when the order qualifies for free shipping. This may apply to:

• Heavy, oversized or bulky items.

• Items requiring freight or special handling.

• Remote locations or destinations where shipping distance results in higher delivery costs.

Any applicable shipping charge will be shown at checkout or communicated for your approval before your order is shipped. If an additional charge is identified after checkout, we will contact you before proceeding. If you decline the charge, you may cancel the affected items for a refund.

Processing and Delivery

Processing and delivery times vary based on product availability, destination and carrier service. Any delivery estimates provided are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.

If an item is unavailable or a significant delay affects your order, we will contact you with the available options.

Shipping Information

Please ensure your delivery address and contact information are accurate when placing your order. Address corrections or redelivery may result in additional carrier charges, which will be communicated to you.

If your shipment arrives damaged or appears to be missing items, contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the packaging and affected products. Keep the packaging while we review the issue.
