These terms apply to purchases and use of the KAGi Auto Parts website. References to “KAGi,” “we,” “us” and “our” mean the business operating KAGi Auto Parts, identified below.

1. Products and Availability

KAGi Auto Parts supplies automotive parts to individuals and trade customers, including garages, repair shops and resellers.

Availability varies by product. Product descriptions, images and specifications are provided to help you choose. If you need confirmation of a particular specification, brand or manufacturer part number, contact us before ordering.

We will not substitute a different brand or part number without your approval.

2. Vehicle Fitment

Please check the manufacturer part number and vehicle application before purchasing. Vehicle make, model and year alone may not establish compatibility; engine, trim, production date and other specifications may also matter.

Website filters help narrow your search but are not a guarantee of fitment. If you are unsure, contact info@kagiautoparts.ca with the relevant vehicle and part details.

This does not limit our responsibility for incorrect information we provide or any rights available under applicable law.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise indicated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown during checkout or provided with your quote.

Prices may change before an order is placed. If an error or availability issue affects an order already submitted, we will contact you to explain the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution consistent with applicable law. We will not charge an additional amount without your approval.

Payment methods available for online orders are displayed at checkout. Any separately agreed payment terms will be confirmed in writing.

4. Orders and Quotes

Please provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information when ordering.

A quote request does not place an order or reserve inventory. Quotes are subject to the pricing, quantities, availability, delivery details and validity period stated in the quote. If no validity period is stated, please ask us to reconfirm the quote before accepting it.

If we cannot fulfill an item you have paid for, we will contact you about the available options. Any unfulfilled item that is cancelled will be refunded.

5. Shipping

Eligible orders with a merchandise subtotal of $500 CAD or more, after discounts and before taxes, qualify for free standard shipping within Canada.

Some products or destinations may require a shipping charge because of delivery distance, dimensions, weight, freight requirements or special handling—even when the order meets the free-shipping threshold.

Any applicable charge will be displayed at checkout or communicated for your approval before shipment. If an additional charge is identified after checkout and you decline it, you may cancel the affected items for a refund.

Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Please review our Shipping Policy for further details.

6. Returns and Refunds

You may request a standard return within 30 days of receiving your order.

For change-of-mind returns, products must be unused, uninstalled and returned in their original packaging with all included components. You are responsible for the return shipping label. If we arrange the label, its cost will be confirmed before being deducted from your refund.

For products that are defective or damaged on delivery, KAGi covers the return shipping label. Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.

Please contact us before returning any item. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected.

Our Return & Refund Policy provides further details. The standard return conditions and 30-day window do not limit applicable legal warranties or other statutory rights.

7. Defects and Warranties

If a product appears defective, contact us so we can review the issue and explain the available next steps. Manufacturer warranty coverage, where applicable, depends on the product and the manufacturer’s terms.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts legal warranties or remedies that apply to your purchase.

8. Wholesale Accounts

Wholesale accounts are subject to review. Account approval does not automatically establish credit terms, a minimum discount or guaranteed availability.

Once your wholesale account is established, a dedicated contact will work to understand your purchasing needs and identify potential savings on the products you already buy. Savings depend on the product, quantity, availability and delivery requirements and are not guaranteed on every item.

Any account-specific pricing, order minimums or payment arrangements will be communicated separately.

9. Email Offers and Privacy

Submitting a quote request or contact inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.

If you choose to subscribe, you may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time. We may still contact you about your orders, account or inquiries.

10. Website Use

You must not use this website for unlawful purposes, submit fraudulent orders, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with the website’s operation.

Website content may not be copied or used commercially without permission, except where permitted by law. Third-party brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

11. Applicable Law and Your Rights

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, subject to any mandatory protections that apply where you reside.

Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights, legal warranties or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.

Updates to these terms apply prospectively and do not remove rights attached to an existing purchase.
